Step 1: Fill Out a Quick Placement Form
We start with a short form to collect your details. You’ll let us know:

Step 2: Schedule a Call With a Preceptor Specialist
After you submit your form, you’ll schedule a 1:1 call with a member of our team — like Nicole — who specializes in NP placements. We’ll walk you through your options, timelines, and what to expect based on your school, location, and deadlines.

Step 3: Choose Your Rotation + Make a Deposit
Once you see your available options, you’ll choose the rotation that best fits your needs — by specialty, location, or schedule.
To lock it in, you make a deposit toward your placement fee. This confirms your slot and lets us begin the paperwork process with the preceptor and your school.
Step 4: Send Us Your Paperwork
Next, you’ll send us:
- Your CV or résumé
- Your school’s clinical handbook
- Any specific paperwork or agreements your program requires for site approval
We know what most schools are looking for, and we’ll guide you through what’s needed.
Step 5: We Handle the Confirmation + Paperwork
We reach out to the preceptor directly, confirm all details, and get the paperwork signed. Sometimes this process takes a few days, sometimes two weeks. Every preceptor is different. Any agency that tells you otherwise is lying.
We handle all the back-and-forth so you don’t have to. That includes clinical site agreements, evaluations, W-9s — all the documents your school might ask for.
Step 6: Final Payment + Release of Documents
Once the rotation is confirmed and your paperwork is complete, you make your final payment. Then we send you the full packet to submit to your school.
You’ll have everything ready to go — signed, sealed, and school-approved. Once your school approves the site, you wait and later start the rotation. And if you need a second rotation, we can probably assist you with it.
